白黒原稿用で作りましたが、場合によってはカラーでもいけるかな？
原稿でこんな↓時
↑みたいなのに「イラッ」としちゃうくらい短気なので作ってみました。
使用例は緊迫した感じの場面ですが、ポップな場面でもつかえます。（もちろん）
名前にもある通りスタンプのようにポンポンと置く感じで使ってください。
粒子サイズは画面に表示されるペン先の太さで変わります。
（ブラシサイズは使いやすいように変更してください）
🔴の大きさを画面の拡縮率で変えるペンです。
ペンのカーソルより一回りくらい小さい🔴が描けます。
私のように短気な方、短気じゃないけどやり直しを減らしたい方に
向いてると思います。
