PAINTERで使える都庁の全天球画像の素材です。
3Dの球状オブジェクトに都庁の画像を貼り付けてあり、画像を見る方向を変えられます。
使い方
PAINTERで素材を画面上に配置します。
まずは、「ツールプロパティ」の「３Dオブジェクト」「スケール」でオブジェクトの大きさを、
「位置」の「Y」で高さを、変更するとよいかと思います。
良い位置になったらマニュピレーターでカメラの位置や向きを変えます。
テクスチャは、カラー、グレイスケール、トーンの3枚を設定してあります。
テクスチャを切り替えて遊んでみてください。
もしこの素材を使うなら、テクスチャをグレイスケールにしてラスタライズ、
色調整をしてから線化、トーン化、などが良いかと思います。

1つの画像を3つの背景にしています。
出来上がり画像を半分に縮小していますが、雰囲気はつかめるかと。
