凹凸などに合わせて適当に線をひき透明色または加筆で外観を作るとこういう感じになります。
連続で線をひく時に線がかぶってしまう所もありますので筆のアイコンをペンサイズにしておくとわかりやすいです。
同じく石積みレンガ等のタッチなどにも使えます。
また服や陰部分などでベタののぼかしなどにも使えます。
ストロークは後補正、手ぶれ補正などを高めに設定すると使いやすいかと思います。
