Recently in Vogue Glitch effect action. The location is good. 最近はやりの（？）グリッチ効果のアクションです。使い勝手めちゃくちゃ悪いですがつかえそうでしたらどうぞ。
It is an action that can be done with one click to "glitch processing" as if the screen has become buggy. I prepared several patterns + RGB division.
* 2022/11/15: CLIP STUDIO PAINT EX is being produced and operation confirmed (PC, iPad confirmation), it may not work well with other versions (Debut)
It will be a reference image of (1) ~ (5) from the top.
Such a display appears in some actions, but if you press "Yes", it will work.
I think it will be interesting to change the layer in the upper row after the action to another layer effect such as overlay or screen.
I don't know what will happen if I don't try it anyway, but if you think you can use it, please do.

上から①～⑤の参考画像になります。
一部アクションにてこのような表示がでますが「はい」を押していただけば動作します。
アクション後上段にありますレイヤーをオーバーレイやスクリーンなど別のレイヤー効果に変更しても面白い仕上がりになるとおもいます。
とにかく使ってみないとどうなるかわかりませんが使えそうでしたらどうぞ。
