It is a brush to draw halo.
Use figure ruler when you want to draw a round halo.
However, the inconsistency (the line of the halo is not engage well) arises, and, please cheat well. The correction is applied, but the compatibility with the mouse is not so good.
You can change the length in the thickness setting.
後光を描く用ブラシです。
丸い後光を描きたいときは図形定規を使用してください。
ただ、不整合（うまく後光の線がかみ合わない）は生じますので うまくごまかしてください。補正はかけてありますが、マウスとの相性はあまりよくないです。
厚さ設定で長さが変更できます。
