I think suffice in the description of the improved version (there is a material ID in the image) basically,
Easy to get out of the improved version, like the ink.
The pen tip has been set, such as orientation, the end of the stroke is slightly square
The thickness is different depending on the direction of line to be pulled.
-The picture changes considerably according to the value of the stabilization (adjustment in preference)
I have become a brush troublesome stronger habit than the improved version.

基本的に改良版（画像内に素材のIDあります）の説明で事足りると思いますが、
・インクだまりのようなものが改良版よりかなり出やすい
・ペン先に向きなどの設定がなされており、ストロークの終わりが若干四角くなる
・引く線の方向によって太さが異なる（こちらも向き設定の影響）
・手ブレ補正の値によって絵がかなり変わる（お好みで調整を）
という改良版より癖が強くめんどくさいブラシになってます。
好きなように調整や改良を加えて描き味を良くしてやってくださいな。
