I made it for myself.

もこもこっと牡丹の花束や、花冠を描くのにちょっと楽できるブラシです。間隔をいじって牡丹園を描くのにも使えるとおもいます。
あと図のように、ちょこんとコサージュみたいなのを描くのにも使えるとおもいます。
また、レイヤーをグレ〜スケールにして、線画の黒だけを抜き出すと、線画と化しますので、
そこに色を塗るとカラーでも使えます
適宜いじって楽してお花咲かせてくださいね〜
