Using an ILA, I used a photo gallery, and eventually everything was hand-drawn (; _;) how is this.
It's a stiff shoulder. The material is 4000 to 5000 and a resolution of 350.

I do various sample pictures with overlay, addition light emission, hard, etc. Then, hard light under the body of the lightning bolt, select a color with an additive emission and Shing with the airbrush to look like a light emitting body.
Lightning is almost as random as it is.

サンプル画はオーバーレイ、加算発光、ハードなどで色々やってます。後、稲妻本体レイヤーの下にハードライト、加算発光で同系色を選びエアブラシで縁っていくと発光体らしく見えます。
稲妻ランダムは殆どそのままです。
