I thought it would be nice to have a borders line like,
As a broken line series pen, I made a one point chain line pen.
Because the white is transparent, it is possible to substitute the color in the setting.
以前に投稿したUneunePen_t001(うねうねペン_t001）とか
のように縁取る線って、あると便利だと思ったので、
破線シリーズペンとして、一点鎖線ペンを作ってみました。
白は透明ですので、設定で色代えも可能です。
