It is a mobile soba stall that contains a pot kettle, a water trough, and a bowl, and walks around carrying it with a single balance stick. Because wind chimes were hung at the eaves, they were called "wind chime soba noodles" and were popular in the town at night. Wind chimes are used not only in summer, but throughout the year. Soba noodles were sold for about sixteen sentences a cup. It seems that it was open from around evening until late at night. 鍋釜や水桶、丼まで収め、天秤棒一本で担いで歩いた移動式の蕎麦屋台です。軒先に風鈴を吊るしたことから「風鈴蕎麦」と呼ばれ、夜の町で親しまれました。風鈴は夏だけでなく一年中使われます。蕎麦は一杯約十六文で売られていました。夕方ごろから夜遅くまで営業していたようです。
