very simple autoaction to fix jagged outlines when resizing raster image

⚠️please note that it won't work well on too detailed outlines!⚠️
how to use
1. make sure the layer is transparent (only have the lines without background). change line color to black.
2. run the autoaction
3. adjust gaussian blur until the jagged outline isn't too visible
4. adjust the levels slider to left for thinner lineart and right for thicker lineart. just play with it! i suggest to keep the three sliders close to each other.
5. white background automatically deleted. make adjustments to the finished lines to your own liking.
