It is a skirt with pleats.
It can be moved freely because it contains bones.
The pleated part when moved cannot be realistically reproduced.
It can be moved in 8 directions: forward, backward, left and right, diagonally forward, and diagonally back.
Basically, it is created assuming the use of the X axis (red rotation) and the Z axis (blue rotation).
Please try to play with various movements.
