A fuzzy pen. It has a solid core with a tiny blurry effect around it. In my opinion, it looks the best at around 4.0-7.0.
I remember seeing some artists use a similar effect back in the 2010s, so I wanted to recreate it. I made it really quickly, so it's probably not the best.
