Procedure
Use the auto action of this material to set the above configuration.
Please draw on the layer "kira" with the brush of this material.
You can draw a glitter effect in which the intersection points of the light strips are melted roundly.
The edges are attached with a layer effect, so if you want to change the thickness, change the layer property.
It is also possible to change the color to a color other than monochrome by change layer color from layer property to the layer folder.

レイヤー『kira』に本素材のブラシで描画してください。
光条の交点が丸く溶けているキラキラエフェクトを描くことが出来ます。
フチはレイヤー効果で付けているので太さを変更したい場合はレイヤープロパティを変更してください。
レイヤーフォルダに対してレイヤープロパティからレイヤーカラーを変更することでモノクロ以外の色に変えることも可能です。
