I think it's easy to understand if you look at the image.
Changing the brush spacing of the tool property will change the atmosphere.
It assumes a gray layer, but I think it can also be used in monochrome.
The foreground color is fixed to black and the color cannot be changed.
It may be charged on a whim.

簡易的なムラを作ることができるペンです。

お好みの線画ペン等で軽くベタを塗った後に
このペンでベタムラを作りたいところを
使用例のようにジグザグに塗り重ねてベタムラを作る
……といった感じです。
どういうベタムラができるのかは、
画像を見てもらうとわかりやすいと思います。
ツールプロパティのブラシ間隔を変更すると雰囲気が変わります。
グレーレイヤーを想定していますがモノクロでも使えると思います。
描画色は黒色固定で色の変更はできません。
気まぐれで有料化するかもしれません。
