Onde-onde is a popular traditional Southeast Asian snack. Depending on the region, it refers to a deep-fried sesame seed ball filled with sweet green bean paste (common in Indonesia and China) or a boiled, pandan-flavored rice cake filled with liquid palm sugar and coated in grated coconut (common in Malaysia, Singapore, and called klepon in Indonesia)
