The pseudo-3D 3D ribbon brush features a glossy front color and a dark background. You can set the color yourself and add materials to create different effects (see the image below for how to use special materials).
Set the foreground color to white and the background color to gray or black. Add materials, edit the mask, then adjust the opacity. Set the main film overlay or other effects as needed
