This is a trial version of mangatone material. You can use it for free.
There are 5 types: halftone dot (middle), sand grain (middle), diagonal line (middle), vertical gradient, and scattered stars.
Lines, patterns, and scattering are seamless, so if you turn on tiling, there will be no seams.
Since it is a gray image, you can toning it by setting the expression color of the layer to gray.
If you try it and it seems to fit, there is also a paid set made in the same way.

線・柄・散らしはシームレスなので、タイリングをONにすれば継ぎ目が出ません。
グレースケール画像なので、レイヤーの表現色をグレーにすればトーン化できます。
