You can easily create bordered pictures and sound effect. 簡単にフチ付きの絵や描き文字を作れます。
It is a auto action to make the layer color white and add a black border effect (border).
* The thickness of the border effect is 3pt by default.
In addition, as variations, only "Add black border with red layer color" and "Add black border", and "Add white border to folder (new)" function are included in the set.
・Make the layer color red and add black border effect.
・ Add only black border effect.
- Create a new folder and add a white border.
After adding a black border above, you can double the border by putting it in a folder with a white border.
The letters have a "bag character" function, so I made it for illustration.

またバリエーションとして『レイヤーカラーを赤にして黒フチを追加する』と『黒フチを追加する』だけのもの、そして『フォルダ（新規）に白フチを追加する』機能がセットに含まれます。
・レイヤーカラーを赤にして黒い境界効果を追加する。
・黒い境界効果のみを追加する。
・新規フォルダを作成して白フチを追加する。
上記で黒フチを付けた後、白フチ付きのフォルダに入れるとフチを二重に出来ます。
