Sadly, I quickly forgot what was going on in which direction, such as the way the cuffs of the shirt overlapped, so I created a 3D material of Atari and released it.
Please use it if you have similar problems or want to convert buttons to LT.

情けないことにシャツの袖口の重なり方など何がどっちの向きでどうなっていたかすぐに忘れてしまうため、アタリの3D素材を作成したので公開しました。
同じような悩みをお持ちの方やボタン類をLT変換したい方など良ければお使いください。

These are the two points.
"3D drawing figure and Cuff 3D Set" has a parent-child relationship, so it can be used in CLIP STUDIO ver2 or later.
There are three types of materials:
For Atari, the end of the sleeve is pink.
You can switch from the layout to either right-handed or left-handed layout.
You can also choose 1~4 buttons.
The four buttons must be adjusted by stretching the sleeves with object scale.
Some parts will shift due to the change of object scale, so please correct the position ⋯.
You can imagine the movement of your wrist by making a simple hand rotate image for reference from movable, so please use it when you do not prepare a drawing doll and pose it.
Hide the reference hand image from the object list when you don't need it.
It can be used as a reference for overlapping sleeves, and there is also a guide for sewing points, so it can also be used as a reference for positioning.
↓ LT conversion example for the time being.
The detection method is "compatible with ver4.1 or earlier".
The detection accuracy is 95, and the texture extract line is turned on.
There are some subtleties because it is not created for LT conversion, but it may be okay to partially convert LT such as only buttons.

「3Dデッサン人形と袖口3Dセット」は親子関係を設定しているため、クリスタver2以降で使用できます。
マテリアルは3種類あります。
アタリ用では袖の端部分がピンクになっています。
レイアウトから右手用にも左手用にも切り替えできます。
ボタンも1～4つで選べます。
ボタン4つはオブジェクトスケールで袖を伸ばして調整する必要があります。
オブジェクトスケールの変更で一部のパーツがずれてしまうのでお手数ですが位置を修正してください⋯。
可動から参考用の簡易な手の画像を回転させてなんとなくの手首の動きをイメージできるのでデッサン人形を用意してポーズをつけるまではしない時にお使いください。
参考用の手の画像は不要な時はオブジェクトリストから非表示にしてください。
袖の重なる部分の参考にしたり、縫い合わせ箇所のガイドもあるので位置の参考にもなります。

検出方法は「ver4.1以前と互換」です。
検出精度は95、テクスチャのライン抽出をオンにしています。
LT変換用に作成していないため微妙な部分もありますが、ボタンだけなど部分的にLT変換してもいいかもしれません。
