Postscript: I felt that the shade was too dark, so I lightened it a little. Please play around with the tone curve if you like.
ワンクリックでなんとなく大陸塗り風に加工します。加工したいレイヤーをすべて結合して実行してください。背景は別レイヤーで調整したほうがいいかも…。線画を色トレスしておくとそれっぽさが上がります。
追記：色合いが暗くなりすぎている気がしたのでやや明るくしました。お好みでトーンカーブなどいじってみてください。
