A simple bubble brush for water scenes and effects. Just spray it over the image in a new layer, then add shading and highlights with a broad airbush by locking transparent pixels or by creating a new layer and clipping it to the bubble with layers so the result has more depth. Alternatively, set the layer into a Glow Dodge or (Add Glow) mode.
