It's a cute polka dot pattern. It can be applied to various places such as clothing patterns, backgrounds, and wallpaper, and freely adjust the color and transparency to use it however you wish
When used as clothing patterns, I mainly use it as a multiplication layer.
Below is an example skirt image I made; it looks even cuter if you use it slightly transparent.
