Real life Monami Pen made usable on clip studio paint. I wanted to use this pen on digital since I use it traditionally too.
This pen relies on tilt and pen pressure but don't be afraid to experiment and change settings, to try and get it as close to the real thing as possible. If you make a better version of this please let me know so I can take a look.
The original drawing was from Kim Jung Gi using the Monami pen which I redrew for this.
