It is a staircase and a workspace under the stairs.
It is an image that looks like a workspace twisted into the part that was originally a storage place.
If you hide the workspace part with double doors
It can be used as an ordinary staircase.
Since it is the main staircase, the window is only on the staircase.
The workspace part would normally stretch the cord of the outlet.
I don't draw it taking into account the weight of the material.
I think it's pretty dark when you open the material.
Try using it by editing the contours and light sources from the settings.
The height of the entrance to the workspace is about 1400mm.
I bend over and sit down.
It's a fairly small space, but it's surprisingly small enough to work alone.
When you stretch, you have to stretch your hand forward or you will hit it.
The inside is roughly 850mm wide.
It can be used quite spaciously.
Desk workspace is 450mm
Storage part is 300mm
If you're the type of character who loses your posture on a chair
You may be able to put a heater or fan at your feet.
Maybe in real life, it's hot in midsummer and a little cold in winter.

元は収納場所だった部分にワークスペースを捩じ込んだようなイメージです。
ワークスペース部分を両開きの扉で隠してしまえば
普通の階段としてお使いいただけます。
あくまで階段メインなので、窓が階段部分にしかありません。
ワークスペース部分は本来ならコンセントのコードなどが伸びます。
素材の重さを考慮して描画していません。
素材を開いた時結構暗いと思うので
設定から輪郭線と光源を編集して使ってみてください。
ワークスペースの入り口の高さは大体1400mm。
かがみながら座りに入るくらい。
かなり狭い空間ですが人一人で作業するには意外とその狭さがちょうどいい感じですが、
伸びをすると手を時は前に向かって伸ばさないと手をぶつけます。
中は大体、横幅が850mm。
結構広々使えます。
机の作業スペースが450mm
収納部分が300mm
椅子の上で姿勢を崩すタイプのキャラなら
足元にヒーターや扇風機が置けるかもしれません。
多分リアルなら真夏は暑いし冬はちょっと寒い空間です。
