It is a set of 15 different types of brushes with a sparkly feel.
There are 1~15 twinkle brushes, but only the twinkle brush 11 cannot change the color.

There are 1~15 twinkle brushes, each of which is as easy to use as possible.
Brushes other than Twinkle Brush 11 are basically random and change color.
The color changes from the selected color, so please try various things (however, it does not change with monotone colors from white to black).
It can be used in normal mode as it is, or it is ideal for processing it with a screen or additive light emission.
If you do not need to change the color, you can uncheck "brush tip color change" in the tool property.
In this case, only the specified color is drawn.
The Twinkle Brush 12,15 can also be used to add color to a rainy night scene.
きらきらブラシ1～15までありそれぞれできるだけ使い勝手を合わせてあります。
きらきらブラシ11以外のブラシは基本的にランダムで色が変わります。
選択した色を起点に色が変わるようにしてありますので色々と試してみてください(ただし白から黒のモノトーンカラーでは変わりません)。
そのまま通常モードで使用するもよし、スクリーンや加算発光でそれらしく加工するのにも最適です。
もしも色の変化が不要な場合は、ツールプロパティの「ブラシ先端色の変化」のチェックを外すことで対応が可能です。
この場合指定した色でのみ描画されます。
きらきらブラシ12,15は、雨降りの夜景に色どりを添えるのにも使えます。
