Parered Crackers — also known as Dapros or Kembang Ros — are traditional West Javanese crackers that are a staple of Sundanese cuisine. Made from a mixture of rice flour and tapioca flour seasoned with garlic, coriander, and salt, the dough is then colored with food coloring and manually shaped using the dexterity of your thumbs into beautiful rose petals.
