Es Cincau is a traditional Indonesian cold drink that is tantalizing, made from extracts of green grass jelly leaves (Cyclea barbata) combined with fresh milk, palm sugar syrup, and plenty of ice cubes. The contrasting deep green color with the milky white creates a pleasing appearance—like a natural painting in a glass.
