It is a auto action to make a ruler for drawing parallel lines on lines drawn freehand. フリーハンドで引いた線に平行線を引くための定規を作るオートアクションです。
1. Create the lines you want to make parallel lines (double lines) with a single vector layer.
* Since you are using the "Ruler from vector" function, please draw with one stroke or use the "Connect Vector" tool to make one line.
Select the layer you made in 2.1 and run auto action to create a ruler.

1.平行線（二重線）にしたい線を単独のベクターレイヤーで作成します。
※『ベクターから定規』機能を利用していますので、一筆で描くか『ベクターつなぎ』ツールを使って1本のラインにしてください。
2.1で作ったレイヤーを選択してオートアクションを実行すると、定規が作成されます。
3.位置を微調整して線を引きます。
作業を楽にするため定規作りの手順をまとめて自分用に作ったオートアクションのおすそ分けです。
