It is a pen that can easily draw lightning. 簡単に雷を描けるペンです。

Recolor with foreground color. There will be gaps in the middle, so please draw with a pen to correct it.

The "grain pen" reflects the foreground color and background color.

In Japanese, "thunder" is one word that includes light and sound, but in English
Lightning → Light
Thunder → sound is something else!

To be precise, this should be "Lightning Pen", but "Thunder" is better
