A very simple overlay that is inspired the lighting a blacklight may create.
There are two variations: Regular and Less Harsh; Regular is 81% opacity, and Less Harsh is 51%. Try to experiment with the opacity to get something to your liking!

Tip: Neon colors (Colors with Value at 100) are minimally affected by the filter. Solid white is not affected by the filter. Use white or neon colors wherever you want emphasis!
Please also note that sometimes, a slight color change can entirely appear different from each other under the filter.
(Experiment with the color palette of your artwork! Google pictures with blacklight being used to get an idea on how to fully utilize this filter!)
