Brushes are divided into 7 main categories: Full, Thick, Ultra Thick, Thin, Ultra Thin, Curly and Baby Liss. Each of these brushes (except for extra brushes) has 3 subcategories: Normal, Color Change, and Outline.
Color/Sub Color
Normal: Just a normal Brush, without any color variation
Color Change: Decreases Luminosity, Hue and Blend with the Sub Color. Great for making hair shadow

Outline: Has a Outline with the Sub Color. Great for making detailed hair where every hairline is visible.
