I made these brushes so I could draw stylized pencil dreadlocks on a portrait of an original character (Oakenrin "Ken" Tamal) from my still-unpublished comic PolyAmorKey. but they actually looked surprisingly realistic (at least for synthetic dreadlock extensions), so I figured I'd share the brushes with you, so now you can paint locs onto any semi realistic style portrait, pencil or otherwise!
