This is an iris just like the ones I draw on all of my characters.
I saved it as a folder that has every layer saved separately. All layers are drawn in black, and are coloured using the Layer Color function, that way you can very easily change any colour or hide/touch up any layer manually however you please. The outline layers are vector layers, so you can change the line thickness easily, as well.
