To Duplicate Effect:
1. Draw lines as desired
2. Duplicate layer
3. Set duplicate layer effect to "Add"
4. Duplicate "Add" layer
5. Set second duplicate layer to "Add (Glow)"
6. Apply Gaussian Blur and adjust as necessary
7. Adjust layer opacity as desired
Spray effects not included. Applied using generic "Spray" and "Droplet" brushes
