The type of knife can be switched from "Layout preset selection".
Two types of handles, "Japanese knife" and "Western knife", and three types of blades, "Santoku knife", "Nakiri knife", and "Chef knife", are available, and a total of 6 types of knives can be expressed by switching combinations.
