It can be used to create poses manually or use pre-made poses in the material library.

You can adjust the "width" of the outline to your liking if you like a thick or thin outline. My advice is to always set "offset amount(Q)" to 0 and turn off "backface culling".
From there i can quickly draw the figure of a man with strong muscles
