This is a ruffle brush by angle. There are high angle, extreme high angle, low angle, and extreme low angle. 
There are regular line thickness brushes and brushes with thick lines for small drawings (far distance).
There are brushes with contrast and contrast, and brushes with only lineart and undertones.
Either way, it's a two-tone brush, and the main color comes out as the base color, with lineart and light and dark, and the sub color as the base color.
There are curved frills that change angles as the burning material. Please cut and paste it according to the part where the angle changes.
