● How to change the pose
Pose data is not included, but you can use pose materials such as official materials.
Select the downloaded material from "Adapt pose material to model".
Hands tend to get buried in your face, so fine-tune them before using them.
You can use the hand pose material in the same way for hand poses.
(If you want to change one hand at a time, choose the ● or palm of your wrist and then choose a pose)
You can also use the "Hand Pose" slider inside the tool to open and close your hand.

「ポーズ素材をモデルに適応」からダウンロードしている素材を選んでください。
手が顔などに埋もれがちなので、微調整して使いましょう。
手のポーズも、同じように手のポーズ素材が使えます。
（片手ずつ変えたい場合は、手首の●や手のひらを選んでからポーズを選んでください）
また、ツールの中にある「ハンドポーズ」のスライダーで、手を開いたり閉じたりできます。
