It is an empty room 3D Object with windows and doors.
You can choose with or without color from the material.
You can choose between open and closed versions of curtains from the layout.
You can also choose from sub tool detail.
Doors and doorknobs are manual but can be rotated.
Since the parts are separated to some extent, you can select whether to show or hide them individually.
