Hihi! Please feel free to tweak the brush settings as needed. Ensure that both your main and sub tool colours are set to colours you'd want the freckles to be. If you don't want colour dynamics you can either set both colours to be the same or select your sub colour; which also results in less freckles over all.
If the blur is too intense or doesn't work with your style, simply untick watercolour edge in the brush settings ^^
