This is a balcony with a 3D room. Since it is a part of the building, there is no back side.
The first floor is all combined, but the second floor can be disassembled.
Only the door of the room and the center of the arch window on the balcony side will be opened and closed.
If you add a bed to your room, you can use it as a bedroom, and if you put a desk, you can use it as an office.

1階部分は全て結合されていますが、2階部分は分解出来るようになっています。
部屋の扉とバルコニー側のアーチ窓の中央のみ開閉いたします。
部屋にベッドを追加していただければ寝室に、デスクを置けば執務室としてもお使い頂けると思います。
