Just a little pixelated brick tile I made a while back
To change the color:
Create a color layer below the tile and set the tile's Blending Mode to Brightness.
OR
Create a color layer above the tile and set the layer's Blending Mode to Color, Soft light, or Overlay. (listed in order of highest brightness/saturation to least)
To simplify the pixelation:
Create a color layer above the tile and set the layer's Blending Mode to Hard mix .
* Experiment with colors between the values of 74% to 100%. (HSV)
