It is a building exterior that can be used for urban lunch scenes. Please note that this room is not fully decorated It is for scenes where you eat outside. 都会のランチシーンなどに使えそうなビル外観です。内装はありません。外の席で食事するシーン用です。
One corner is a café. In front of it, there are three sets of desks and two tables where you can drink standing.
There is no in-store. The door also does not open.

A chair is an outdoor chair that is made of pipes and mesh.

It is recommended to hide items that do not frame in the screen during LT conversion (such as trees).
There is nothing on the roof.
As for the trees, they don't have leaves, so I think it would be nice to draw them additionally.
There is nothing on the back and the opposite side.
It has 110,000 vertices and 200,000 polygons. Since it is a little heavy, it is recommended to save the data in advance when converting LT.
Due to the emphasis on the detail of the chair, there are about 10,000 polygons per chair.
If you are heavy, you can use it lightly by reducing the number of chairs & hiding the trees.
Materials can be colored, monochrome, or untextured.

木に関しては葉っぱがついていませんので、追加で描き加えるといい感じになるかと思います。
裏と反対側の側面はなにもありません。
頂点数11万、ポリゴン数20万です。やや重めなので、LT変換の際は事前にデータ保存推奨です。
椅子のデティールを重視したため、椅子１つにつきポリゴンが約1万です。
重い、という方は椅子の数を減らす＆木を非表示にすることで軽くご利用いただけるかと思います。
