It is a auto action that can add a glow effect in one shot.
It is recommended to put the layer you want to apply the effect to in the transparent folder before executing it.
Note that the effect will only be applied to the selected layer. It is not possible to apply the effect to the multiple layers at once.
Try adjusting it so that it looks good as appropriate, such as changing the layer color or adjusting the transparency.

選択中のレイヤーのみに効果がかかるので注意してください。一度に複数のレイヤーに効果をかけることは出来ません。
