(3) Draw the color boundary with a blue line on another layer.

(4) In the auto select, take a wide area scaling to the 5th ~ 8th position, specify the area to be applied, mask the inside of the selection → layer mask, and apply the M_ hand and pointillism tone of the desired intensity.

(5) When everything is pasted, make the blue line invisible.
