This is a pose I made for myself when I was drawing.

In order to make it look like that, it is a full-body pose, but it is assumed to be up to thumbnail.
The lower body is quite rough.
The male material is adjusted by me (id = 2176970).
Default Male Female material will need a little tweaking. (The lower body needs quite a bit of adjustment.) )
