It is a rough floor with only exterior walls, ceilings, pillars, and floors.
The ceiling is equipped with lights, air conditioners, vents, inspection openings, speakers, and hanging wiring, so you can hide the fixtures and hang the wires to create a state like under construction.
There are also partitions with doors, so it is possible to divide the floor into 4x4.
