The font used is Iwata Antic. When using it in your work, I think that you can change it to your own brush font to create an atmosphere.
The frame image of the award certificate is self-made.
For the image borrowed from thumbnail, I borrowed the pre-installed material "School Exterior ver.2" of CELSYS.

賞状の筒に加え、中身の賞状が追加されています。
賞状を自由に書き換えできるレイヤーテンプレートもついています。
使用フォントはイワタアンチックです。作品に使う際はお手持ちの毛筆フォントなどに変更していただくと雰囲気が出ると思います。
賞状のフレーム画像は自作です。
サムネイルにお借りした画像は、セルシスのプリインストール素材「学校外観ver.2」をお借りしました。
