This pose was made for Head-Shot art (You may adjust to how you like it, but use it for headshot of character is my recommendation)
Adjust as how you like it! You may also want to try flip the hand and arm too
Open subtool details -> Go to [pose] -> Uncheck the leg then click flip horizontal
There you go!
